The $600 a month covers all utilities including cable plus parking so the rent would definately be more than the average but l agree with Brian Gibbons this is a crap investor deal.....being new to this, l always want to get views from experienced people like yourselfs...thanks to BP, l didn't waste time trying to figure this out!
