California had two of the biggest exporting industries in the country - Silicone Valley & Hollywood.Silicone valley still producing ideas but no product (They all went west...)Hollywood is battling Canada, New Zealand and Eastern Europe.

I have no issue with zoning and environmental laws, but those are imposed by the governing bodies (City, county, state, etc).

When it is free or cheap, they will allow you to incur ridiculous time and expense on their part and never produce anything.This results in personal time with family, professional time doing deals and inordinate amounts of money, totally wasted.

It is basically using recycled plastic mesh that has multiple functions in a water body.

The US GDP is about $14 trillion, so we would need to tax and invest everything produced in the US for the next 40 years just for Medicare.

I think that digger deeper into the details would produce a more secure position to go from.

I am confident that I can produce something better.
