I don't yet have any data to indicate that adding a charging station as a tenant convenience would positively impact the bottom line of an apartment operator, but I would suspect that larger, higher-priced property would benefit from this kind of differentiator. 

One thing you may consider with having an investment property built is looking for areas where you can improve on "builder grade" that will make an impact, but not break the bank. 

I believe there is merit to paying off all our credit cards and getting a nicer vehicle and honestly I don't see anything wrong with her body but she has put up with all of my **** for the last 10 years so at this point if it makes her happy thats fine.

With the new home at 425k it will definitely make an impact on your ratio compared to your current payment.  

Nor the smell of the incinerated thousands of bodies (RIP) that lingered for weeks upon weeks around pretty much all the 5 boros & NJ.
