Not for the same reason James mentioned but because, from what I’ve seen, the wholesaling business has become big business and the little guy wholesaling can’t really compete with the bigger wholesalers out there.

And for sure on much bigger scale when I have flipped plats to national builders you can bet they are just waiting for us to not close.. and will swoop in.. its just part of the game.. win some lose some..

I just got into bigger pockets recently and love it. 

I’ve been lurking on bigger pockets for a while now, just “researching” before diving into real estate investing.

Do you think a bigger house or a smaller house would be easier to fill?

You obviously are having success with the duplex, so why not stick with what is working until you have the funds to go bigger.

The bigger issue is what they do with the proceeds from the "investment" portion of the property.
