And I'll bet dollars to bagels it's older than five years.Unless you have evidence the damages took place after purchase, I don't think you can justify the charges.

Anchorage is a fairly small community so unless it was a major commercial project, your best bet is trying to work something out with the original roofer however you get a hold of them or just moving on and writing it off to "project gone wrong"

(Ex: comfortably dining, relaxing in living areas, etc) I have that maximizing living space, the area where the guests will be enjoying their stay the majority of the time, with amenities that fit in is the best bet for all!

Seriously though I bet you could do a cattle call and sift through to find someone awesome.
