Hey @Andrew Merewitz, I would encourage you to open your LLC in Florida.

Be open minded but be very convinced if strategy is going to change.

If you're looking to do a flip, then you're more exposed to being hurt by a market drop so it really depends what strategy you're going for.I live in a very hot market where condos & townhouses typically close in 7 days or less (not uncommon for it to sell before open house) and usually over asking price.

I'll PM you if you're open to it.I've owned property for quite a few years and I've never experienced a tenant that wanted to be almost as difficult as the law will let them.

So I’m diving in with open eyes and open mind.

(Since you're open to house hacking, I'm assuming you're planning on managing the property yourself. 

Then I would like to build from there to flip homes, own rental properties, and invest in multi family apartment homes possibly opening up my own property management company in the near future.Thank you for your support!
