Time will come by fast when you drive on the Mountain Loop Highway as the view is gorgeous once you enter Granite Falls:)

It is located in a prime area right next to the mountains, but needs some updating on all floors.

I think we are seeing a general move to quality in STR across the Poconos and headed toward a position where 20% of the properties will generate 80% of the bookings revenue.The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau posts a dashboard of travel statistics that you might find interesting.  

Beaches that are incredible  think Big Sir Nor cal so cal.. mountains ski areas.. lakes all over the place..

I am looking to buy my first STR in the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee this spring/ early summer, and am looking for some input from experienced owners in the area.

I am testing being pet friendly at one of my properties in the Smoky Mountains and it hasn't seemed to make much difference.
