I have hired a virtual assistant through a company and will be getting that started on monday for them to do a lot of my task since I have a full time job that I want to keep for a while.

I believe property management becomes easier and more profitable with scale.If you are managing 40 units and can only afford to hire 1 assistant then all the work will be shared between two people and it will be difficult.

No, I didn't go to School around there, interesting enough my daughter helped assistant coach softball for two seasons at Sandy Springs and she loved it!

After inquiring about a SFH in Durham and doing some back & forth on the phone with the wholesaler's assistant, I was able to gain access to the property.

So any advice and assistance would be awesome!!!

Having looked at several of the offerings for a CRM, I think I've decided on Zoho. The free version is a great starting point, especially due to the price point. =-)

See how hands on you need to be with the property manager and why they have been unable to help assist in getting finances in order.

I doubt your phone will be ringing 24/7, most of the calls I get are between 9am and 7pm or so.If you hire a VA or similar, you'll still have to train them to take the calls.....perhaps consider taking the calls for the first 6 months so you get a feel for it and can train your future assistants better.How many marketing pieces are you sending out each month?
