I've signed up with every "wholesaler" I can find, about a dozen so not all of them, and whenever they have a "deal" in my area I know it's bogus so I assume their other "deals" are bogus too but I can't be certain on that.

There are variables I just don't know and I'm not sure anyone can know all of them, but we can make an educated assessment of the overall likelihood they will agree to a short sale.

hi everybody, just came across this post, i had the same problem 2 mnths ago, was searching for direct lender for unsecured business line of credit and could not find one, broker dime a dozen, who would charge a processing fee, thereafter i was refered to sarit roy in IL, who got me a unsecured business line of credit for the amt i required and without charging me a cent, I got the funds with 15 days time, even though my credit FICO scores was just 650
