Sounds like there were mistakes made on all sides of the transaction other than the title company in this situation, so I believe the best option would be working with the buyer to arrange an outcome that is at least reasonable to both sides.Unfortunately in this case, this is a situation where having a highly experienced agent on your side would have prevented this from happening.

Instead of the traditional looks most go for and have to choose from, there are some creative people out there making all types of designs which from a distance can resemble actual wallpaper.

Then buy supplies, make arrangements for your repairmen to start repairs as soon as their gone, and get your craigslist ad ready to post.
