Until I have a few mil to my name and a six figure cash flow?

I just recently went to real estate investor meeting and a person asked for my card to get help on a deal.

When I walk through a place, I don't see how it looks but what it could look like based on the type of work I am capable of.I personally like homes from the 50s (good thick hardwood often hidden under a bad carpet) but avoid late 60s and 70s (popcorn ceiling = asbestos) and often cheaper construction grade.Overall, I found that flipping is a good way to turn your free time into equity/money and a great learning experience but it is hard work and definitely not for everyone.

We bring a card table, folding chairs, extra applications and a copier to copy ID and paycheck stubs.  

I found one that had an eviction notice on the door and a for sale sign in the yard but no listing agent only a number. 

Since I moved one hour and a half away from Harrisburg, I am having trouble to manage them myself.

My father and I own a housing foreclosure business and a property inspection business, but the foreclosure business is bleak right now due to the nature of the market, so minimal leads. 

So, if the Listing agent Really Does want their client to Net more money, they should take my offer, and as somebody alluded to, it really is not that much more work.
