If the tenant gets Evicted in JP then HA will terminate their Voucher.Yes, I agree that the HA normally are the ones that determine Bedroom size and may use a different formula than other HAs.

@Robert Burns The seller pays the realtor at closing exactly as they agreed when they signed the listing agreement.We have no problems with assignments here in Canada.

I, wholeheartedly, agree with what both @Russell Brazil and @Joe Villeneuve said. 88% leverage, 3.5% fixed, amortized over 30 years for 5 year money is, frankly, unheard of in today's market and very cheap money.

Would you guys agree that in places like Pearland, Katy, League City, and Texas City the vacancy rate is still 13%?
