I’m partial to Intuity by lagrand because it is hardwired to the home and does t require a truck roll every time there is an issue, they simply call tech support to set up and activate their system.

If you really have a good deal and it is priced right you shouldn't care if that buyer doesn't want to play ball.

Hello all,I'm new to these forums, I have followed them occasionally for years whenever I had time but never actively posted.

I am in the military and am wondering if anyone has started an LLC while active duty and if so how did you go about getting it and what market are you in now and overall due to moving.

Wondering if the LLC would just make sense later on, as my goal is to keep flipping for at least 6 times for active income before doing any buy and hold.

Sometimes people will get creative and leverage someone I already know to meet me like inviting me to play golf or going to an event and meeting their colleague or friend.

There may also be tax ramifications to you on your 1040 under this scenario for the payment.Your fishing activity is most likely classified as a hobby.

Most of them blow the cash they just get on the other job they have going on across town so they play catch up .
