Yikes.Some of the items in my toolkit:http://www.slmpd.org/crime_mapping.shtml - Maps all of the crimes recorded by the city's police department; Trulia also has a crime map that can give you rough estimations, but this map is more accurate and gives more verified detail.

I have a high powered zoom camera in the back so I can keep and eye on my boat at the dock and who is coming and going on the front of the house.I can export high quality video and put it on a flash drive and give to the police if there were any issues.

The house has great bones, new sheetrock, new HVAC and Water heaters (2 of everything), the wiring and plumbing have been updated in the last 3 years, and within the last decade new windows.Repairs wouldn't be major to polish this gem, minor modifications.
