If you ever notice people (non tenants) loitering afterward, call the police and have charges pressed against them.  

The other tenants are entitled to quiet enjoyment of their residence and may get the police involved to stop the racket they're creating.

I have met and worked with a Pinkerton a descendant of the famous pinkerton agency, and at the same place I worked with a Hatfield a descendant of the famous Hatfield/McCoy fued,  She told me the story long before it came out on the history channel. been on tv in a show by Andrew Zimmerman the guy who eats weird food. 

There are a lot of other problems with our monetary polices in our county that every investor should be aware of.  

Big city police departments are good at making you think that they are trying to reduce crime.

Let them call the police and see that NOTHING happens.

I wouldn't need to evict him, the police could remove him that same day. 

It's just not something that's likely to happen.Fortunately, we had a police department that took harassment seriously, and they'd either call the harasser on the phone and explain how they could get arrested, or they showed up. 

He never mentioned the incident to anyone nor did he file a police report.

Now people are literally running police out of the city such as Capital hill.
