I am finding that my current realtor is not really engaging with me.

New kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new fixtures throughout, new outlets and switches throughout, luxury vinyl plank flooring on first floor, carpeting on second floor, new vanities in all bathrooms, new toilets, 2” faux blinds throughout, new windows (more on that at the end), and a new water softener system.

Pay him the base salary that keeps him engaged. 

No getting locked out, and you can change the code if you don't trust a recent move-out.The thing with latches is you have to make sure the strike is properly installed to engage the anti-jimmy plunger in the latch, that half-moon shaped piece behind the latch itself.

The kitchen was remodeled, new appliances, granite, knocked out part of LR wall for open-concept kitchen/LR, tore up carpeting throughout to reveal hardwood floors, installed LVP in 1) kitchen and 2) den-turned 4th BR, upgraded toilets, painted entire house including pine planks and paneling, and crown molding,  installed sliders to backyard.

You wouldn't actually purchase the property from a wholesaler, unless the wholesaler is the owner of said property - and then you would just be buying a deal.There are several ways to wholesale, but ultimately you would be purchasing the wholesaler's position in the real estate purchase contract, and that wholesaler would then assign that contract to you as the buyer.You probably wouldn't use your agent in this scenario because agency has to be created prior to engaging in contracts - and Real Estate contracts are different than Agency contracts. 

Not sure how long your engagement was with either broker, but sometimes these types of transactions can take a little while.
