Because keep this in mind, credit cards are debt so if.....at any point....u wanted to try and get a loan....that reporting balance will be used again ur dti ration.....

A bit of advice, we use more z's and fewer u's over here, so if you want to fit in get used to typing things like "analyzing" and "neighborhood". :) Also you should learn the rules of Baseball and forget whatever love you may have for the game of Soccer.As far as growth, Conroe had the highest percentage growth (7.8%) in the nation for 2016, and there's no real primary industry (although I suspect the nearby Exxon relocation may play some part in that recent growth) and there are several large developments underway. 

I agree with @James Wise What you forget is that a good property manager is going to spend money to place your house on sites, then we pay to get them featured, then put in the news paper, don't forget we don't work for free so we have to make something our selfs. so lets see you want your house featured on trulia, thats 30 dollars, now u want it on zillow anther 30 don't forget homes.com and rent.com... then you have 5 showings to rent out the house well that 15 mins drive there 30 mins to show the new client the property and 15 mins drive back so an hour of my time, gas out of my car, don't forget i have to have a cell phone or landline for them to call me so i can rent out your property.

Hey Adrian might b a good idea to invest some of that 5k in some rei  education b4 u right a check for a deal.  

If all you u have is $5k, it’s a good way to get to yourself in trouble.
