I am new to the Cleveland area too!

I don't think it's a bad approach for passive investing—you could get it down to just an hour or so of work.

I understand the cost of having to separate meters and purchasing additional water heaters and such will be hefty.

Just curious on feedback from members on the forum how their syndications went/are going.
