@Jeremy VanDelinder, the building codes just changed here from the 2013 building codes to the 2020 codes in January, and this house is so close to the neighbors house that the roof dumps onto the neighbor's roof and gutters.

I live in Boston currently and it is so hard to find a cash flow property.

If they misbehave or go delinquent it is so much easier to get them out (except now of course).

All I need is the opportunity to "put my money where my mouth is."So

Being from Long Island New York the barrier to entry is so high for anything in the local area and cash flow is tough to come by.
