All of the wholesalers I know put together their own contracts.Some of them went online and fond plenty of them to draw inspiration from or , of course, hire an attorney...which one of my friends did also!

I don't know if you've listened to many of the BP podcasts yet, but there's also quite a few interviews with investors who got started with very little money and without conventional financing...they are a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.

Overall, Rich Weese's story is awesome and very inspiring!
