Sidecar social in addison is a large indoor space with food/drinks.

I've attended Cincinnati REIA twice and it's a little content and a lot of hype and a lot of newbies drinking the koolaide and paying the high membership fees.  

We complement each other to be sure we get a quality product for the owner.The parallel is that you could find a business partner that is the store front and does the people interactions while you quietly attend the meetings commenting on occasion, but are the brains behind the details and the analysis.Just food for thought.Sincerely,Joe

So- at 3% vacancy, if we don't have a new lease signed within 3 weeks, we are priced too high. 

Example of one I have when I lived in a different state. bought from a highly distressed seller for 10k cash.

Here in Colorado, for instance, to get a pure Airbnb investment property, you're looking a highly differentiated property -- you gotta be different to really crush the numbers. 

I think in some markets ( like Hawaii that has sky high electric bills) it could.. others probably not.

But I think prices have risen so high in the Phoenix area that it's kind of scary to jump in.

Take a look at how far in advance people book for high season so you don't miss any lucrative bookings.
