There was a group trying to take legal action for the Cosmos project, I'm sure a similar group will start up for this project as well.I have a family member who had a unit, I still haven't spoken to him though.

After reading the article that was recommended above, I feel that this is something I can serious take action in sooner that I thought.

My dreams are too big for me to idly sit by and and hope they will come true, Action is Required!

You need to convince the seller or his agent that you have the financial capacity to execute the transaction.  

Then you can take action in a specific direction. 

You might consider teaming up with a mortgage broker to send a mailing to "Renters with high income and high Financial Stability Scores (FSS).

Hi @Brennan Doherty In my opinion, the fastest way to grow your portfolio and reach financial freedom is to start with apartment investing from the beginning.

I typically get 3-5 years financials and have my CPA review them as well, as a reality check.
