This way my cleaning service and handyman won't charge me more for the "distance" fee. :)  I have one cleaning service that is great, but charges me more because she has to drive from Globe.

We have several strategies to mitigate delays and fees that work well and keep the tax advantaged status of the account secure.

I agree with Collin.Maybe the PM would be nice enough to give the guests your contact info.Maybe you could offer a fee for this if they don't agree at first.

There are cleaning people that advertise locally, but their fees are pretty steep.

If I were to get my park back up and running, I would be adding the ability for the trucks to plug in (cut down on generator noise and exhaust - I would charge for access or build it into the rental fee, and most food truck operators would love this option), add real bathrooms, and add other features as an additional draw to get customers for the trucks. 

Although, thinking a little longer term, it would be interesting to see if you can build in a small equity stake in addition to your fee so that you continue to receive benefits for your initial efforts on the front end.

Under “Learn” there are specific boot camps that you may have to pay a small fee for such as “house hacking BC, Short term rental BC, MultiFamily BC, etc.”.

The original room goes to garage and backyard.

A typical hard money structure is 6-9 month term, 2-3% origination, 12% annual interest paid monthly interest only and full payback at the exit.
