This way my cleaning service and handyman won't charge me more for the "distance" fee. :) I have one cleaning service that is great, but charges me more because she has to drive from Globe.

If I were to get my park back up and running, I would be adding the ability for the trucks to plug in (cut down on generator noise and exhaust - I would charge for access or build it into the rental fee, and most food truck operators would love this option), add real bathrooms, and add other features as an additional draw to get customers for the trucks.

Although, thinking a little longer term, it would be interesting to see if you can build in a small equity stake in addition to your fee so that you continue to receive benefits for your initial efforts on the front end.
