Hello BPI have received a quote for faux wood window treatments for a 3-2 rental.

I'm not saying it can't be done, just that I've never seen it.And, kind of at an ethical level, I'm not sure it's fair to ONLY report tenants when/if they are late, without letting tenants doing the right thing and paying on time benefit from that on-time payment history.

I don't love the faux wall treatment idea.

So far most wholesale professionals have managed to operate without government interference, but the professional wholesalers who operate ethically are forever being tainted by those that are misled by the gurus selling programs that end up with consumer complaints and Attorney General actions.As a practical matter, the major successful players in the wholesaling field operate one of two ways.

First, it sounds like you are rehabbing and then flipping the house, so it does not qualify for 1031 Exchange treatment.

The concerns which I see with new construction is that in addition to the initial costs for backyard landscaping, window treatments, etc it is not known how many other neighborhood rental units will compete for tenants.
