My relator did 360 photos and then one weekend open house (no touch) but it was pretty much unoccuppied.

remodeling alone takes much longer when you work full time and can only work on the place on weekends Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Or ..Emerse yourself into education, join local REIAs, pay for weekend trainings (not the up sell type, but real education often by local REIAs by local teachers not folks getting off airplanes).   

perhaps they will just agree to let the appraiser have access and move on.Good luck Silly question - but do you know if appraisers work outside of business hours or weekends?

AND pre-qualified me for California up to 1.5 million, I'm quite frustrated at the moment and spinning my wheels with one banking day left before the long weekend and a closing date of July 31st. 

But, I changed the locks myself and had to meet outgoing tenants the last weekend of the month and the incoming tenants the next weekend.
