Sorry- app keeps crashing when I post- didn't see it was working

Apps such as 5mile and other online selling platforms such as facebook and other market places and BOOM it hit me.  

Got a rehab done in October, had 5 apps so far that have been the worst quality I've seen, as in recent evictions and sub-500 credit scores.

Paul (Minnesota) , I can find the owner through a mls app that I have on my phone, I also can find the owners current address if they do not live at that property.

Just one idea here...and it's Mac based (which is not typical of most drafting apps).  

Did you fill out the same 1003 Commercial App as well?

I'm still figuring out the app.

I blame those failures two fold.. buyers lying on intital app and getting caught.. or going out and buying a high ticket item they were told not to buy until houses closes.. or simply RMLO incompetence on the front end..

. - No HOA on the property- We bought it for zero dollars down using my VA loan, mortgage will be ~$850- Flip house, therefore it came equipped with stainless apps, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, brand new hardwood tile throughout the house, double-deck patio in the backyard with fire pit.
