I will always hold Foley, AL near n dear to my heart because my parents lived on Soldiers Creek Dr. which is down on the intercostal of Lillian, AL (near Foley).  

I too live in Utah, but invest outside of Utah in areas such as Birmingham, AL and St Louis, MO.

This condo is in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

I am a new investor in the Birmingham Alabama area.

I am very interested in the Huntsville, Alabama market.

I'm interested in the Huntsville, AL market, but it is mostly a SFR market, so I thought I'd create my own 4-plex if you will, by renting a 4 br SFH to students, only to find out via BP that most students don't rent that way there because the campus supplies a high amount of student housing compared to many universities.  

Let me know if AL is the state where you're investing and I'll reply with more detailed steps.
