lol with real estate, I am always working... even when I was in my honey moon away in the mountains(I was in the middle of a deal, my new husband had to drive me around to find internet and cell phone receptions) He has planed our honeymoon months before the wedding but he changed the honeymoon plan so I can have my deal.

At some point all tenants needs credit and if they aren't paying their rent then then they will feel it when they try and get a new cell phone/car.
