They generally tried to return correspondence and spend time helping, but we got the impression that they were short-staffed and spread too thin (this is merely an inference, not a concrete observation).

It’s truly impressive to see how some of these guys get in and grind on the vineyard management, the work can be pretty brutal.

Doesn’t give the best impression to high end clients so I usually work with coworkers and other investors who don’t judge my beater!

What should this information actually tell an investor about his investments or is it just designed to leave an "impression", whether accurate or not?

I get the impression that each lender has a similar but different process so I feel like this is something you'd have to go through with each lender used.

I know most will suggest not painting brick but I don’t think pant removal is in the budget and when I look at the side not painted already, I’m not impressed with the appearance of the brick.Also, it is on a dead end street in a rural area with about 10 other brick ranches (none painted) and I think a stylish gray with matching new roof will make it stand out.
