You can can also make good money on short term rentals because we are on the border and Mexicans come vacation/shop here a lot.

In My old county I could hop on the tax assessors website and cruise around on the gis maps and see what properties had multiple addresses, then I’d plug that info into whitepages to grab the phone number.

You could address this in the inspection objection: Property needs to be vacated  3 days prior to closing and buyer allowed to confirm.
