We do have cash to buy a home, was just looking at D4D as a more unique way to find properties vs looking at the MLS. 

@Michael DavisIf you search the BP forums you'll find this particular topic 100's of times and there are strong beliefs on either side of this debate.I think each person is unique and their situation is unique.For me and my situation, I wouldn't hesitate.

Justin R.Definitely hard to find decent rentals in California for cash flow solely.The midwest is generally considered one of the best areas for cash flow as the price of homes compared to rental is rather low.Some southeast markets like Memphis, Birmingham, Jackson.It really depends on what you're looking for.Each area is unique for many reasons.Best of Luck!

Well it's not all that creative but it has it's own uniqueness.

Real Estate is unique,  real estate is a tangible, cash-flowing, insurable asset that I can borrow against.  

I am brainstorming for an upcoming local business trade show hosted by our chamber of commerce that brings through about 5,000 attendees.I'd like to have a promotional item to give away for our brokerage with a relevant and/or unique appeal - something with a long "shelf life" and not disposable.What promotional items have you have good success / response with?
