Recently, I think they've also been putting out "101" level webinars specifically on multifamily financing. 

So you really don't get a jump on anyone.Makes more sense to put multiple bids the same day with different LLC's at different pricing levels.   

Make sure there's a good relationship and trust with the person, almost like a marriage =D.Hope this helps!

Maybe start small where you know you can deliver, and then build up both their trust and yours.

It is even harder at the level you are mentioning because you have a lot of competition. 

Asking for a friend - My friend owns a condo that is in a trust, has built up decent equity, and its been rented out for the last 8 months.

Look Your bedroom is the most personal and coveted room in the house that you don’t allow even family to go into and you broke that trust by doing it anyway after you said you wouldn’t .

I plan on moving my financed properties into the LLC using land trusts.
