I work FT in the tech industry and can say honestly, that most companies who claim to be tech powered are behind or using archaic software programs.

This program was written by a guy from Cal Tech based on the ONE account in Europe and it works.

I am all out of magic fairy dust and HVAC service techs aren't available 24/7. 

The tenant came by yesterday to show the apartment to prospect tenants and found that her key doesn't work and was irate when she called the emergency line to get in, the maintenance tech told her to turn the handle and that is is unlocked, and now she is also angy that her door isn't locked.

I have experience in both real estate (running PE funds for the past 10 years) and have been an angel investor in multiple tech companies here in California. 

Here in SF, the (mostly) white tech workers (mostly Twitter) are displacing the (mostly) white heroin addicts in the lovely SRO hotels in the Tenderloin district.

She said she was helping out her parents find a place to live and they weren't too tech savvy (she found the ad on craigslist). 

Curious to hear positive reviews from existing clients or references to other firms with a similar tax mindset and similar services (our business is in the tech industry)...
