MY QUESTION...What have you found to be the best Course or Class to start learning (specifically) how to Flip Houses?

Not sure of a product out there to help this but 7.5% interest rates sound like you either refinanced recently?

@Lauren SanfordI barely learned I could resell and estimated around 50k at 0%.

My top reasons are:- Current income- Hope of price appreciation- Vacation home to go to- Store of value/hedge against inflationOne other reason for me that I am not sure is captured in the original list is that STRs is what my market gave me.

Lessons learned?

So I'm not sure how to gauge how much of a hole this issue could become.

I’ve watched multiple episodes on YouTube and I’m excited to join and learn about real estate, retirement and money management. 

Or, hopefully having learned some good info from them, buy on your own and thank them here later.

You will learn a lot and it will be easier to "look" for the next deal
