I suggest you find a neighborhood that you like then drive it to find new construction.  

Does anyone have a suggestion how to get around the Fannie Mae 6 month seasoning and 70% LTV requirements for cash out refinance on multi-fam?

It is all CBT (computer based training) with an additional yellow book for studying. 

I'm well-studied in this space and grew up in a family who was used to renting properties, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything until now.

Or can you suggest similar sites that I should consider?
