I have interests in flips & cash flow quads on the residential side, but more interest in the commercial side, ie storage facilities, laundromats, car washes and apartment complexes.From my studies, it seems pertinent to get an LLC running and to establish business credit.

Also be careful if you transfer into an LLC to make sure the insurance names you and the LLC as covered parties.

However, there are some great commercial/business purpose 30 year fixed options out there right which have NO personal income requirements, (focus on cash flow instead/DSCR), allow LLC vesting, and don't report to your personal credit.
