Even though we had title pull the records, title missed (I actually still don't understand how this was missed) about $15,000 worth of medical leins/HOA leins on the condo the owners didn't disclose, and title didn't show them. 1) We would've been SCREWED if the owners decided not to sell the home, because then our rehab money was stuck unless they sold the property.

A lot of medical supply and floating RN, homesupport, PT offices needed or not.

Mobile home parks, self storage, medical centers, grocery-anchored strip malls, fulfillment warehouses, etc. -- there are a lot of good options for continuing to invest in commercial during a recession!

She and I are both in the medical device field and like what we do, and we each have 15 years or so left until traditional retirement.  

Of course there are bad people in all industries.. lawyers get disbarred  doctors get kicked out of the medical profession.. brokers lose their licenses  Pilots get caught flying drunk  wholesaler rip equity from those that don't understand  its all true.  

His other job is selling medical equipment.

Feeling very fortunate that our tenants are either essential employees, medical students or have the ability to work from home.

I work downtown near Golden One, which they’ve built up like crazy and there are future plans that include a soccer stadium and medical facility.

Pilots might be easier tenants and less price sensitive than college students.
