It's definitely good to ask the questions but so much changes from your planning stages to when you actually start doing deals that I've come to have the stance of, educate yourself yes, but take action first then as you figure out what you "really" want to do then you set up the legal structures to support that.

I concur with him when he said to take action now. 

Manchester is also rebounding, but due to other issues (which will take a much longer conversation), growth will continue in Northside and Eastside before the single-family market in Manchester sees a lot of action. 

@Scott Ellis Thank you for such a thorough explanation of what actions you took and how those actions fit within your greater plan.

I've been reading books and learning as much as I can but I think I've reached the point where I need to take action. 

He had a way of talking to people that made them feel comfortable with his action and I did not feel that I could do that when I graduated college so I did not get into real estate.You might suffer from that too.  

I understand that this is a sensitive situation, but you are losing money, time and a property in this same unfortunate situation.

I actually called on a sign and they had a deal that an existing buyer bought and I made 10k...Absolutely no money, just action...phone call...Boom!

Give yourself whatever time limit you feel comfortable with to see where these actions put you after this time period.
