Some city might have just loose the restrictions and have yet reflect on its website. 

I have a very reputable IT Security company that I contract with to ensure it all stays secure to the very extent possible given technology today and I will thank you to not slander me or my company's dedication to client data protection.

HUD website...no negotiating with HUD, just happened to be the offer they accepted.

I have been on the website and will research a little more.  

You have to research this information deep deep in some county website late at night for years on end before you really get a good feel for it.Most "ebooks" aren't worth the "epaper" they're printed on.

I have been reading posts about finding deals on MLS and someone mentioned website specifically set up  to help you find deals.

If anyone has ideas, suggestions or can’t recommend a website that does it all, please share.

I use the three that I see most often on this forum: Rentometer.com, Craigs List, and real estate web sites like Zillow.

Have you researched population growth trends and home prices trends on government websites?

Are there any recommended and reputable contractors and full service property managers that service the Alexandria, Anderson, and Muncie areas in Indiana?
