The house in Idaho was a 3-bath 4 bedroom and the tenant destroyed every plumbing fixture, the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer and the $32,000 cost was with my personally doing the work with one employee.So!!!

Expenses including PITI ($363), Property Management ($125), Landscaping ($37), Water ($125) = $600/mo Cash Flow!!!

IE breaking ground, pouring concrete foundation, water from city line install, gas line install , framing, what order do these come in?

I've bought my first home to be flipped and I'm having trouble finding insurance companies that will offer a policy for vacant homes that includes water damage. 

The lower level also received new electrical, water heater, paint, carpet, windows, and a new drop ceiling.

New electrical service, new water heater and repair and reinforcement of a few foundation cracks.

Can anyone recommend a company to repair water & mold damage to a property located in Western Suffolk County, New York?
