I'm frustrated that rent manager isn't more accounting friendly.In my opinion, using separate accounting and pm software is redundant but at present I haven't learned enough about rent manager to be comfortable ditching accounting software.  

If you do not know what those mean then search.But you need to present yourself as knowledgeable when approaching attorneys, agents, title cos, etc., all of which are essential to wholesaling.

Hopefully none of these problems are present and you get a great cash flowing property.

The house, in it's current condition, isn't worth nearly as much as the outstanding loans and liens, so she's under water.I'm looking at options I can present to her in order to help her that will also be profitable for me.
