If they didn't, the seller could foreclose.So, you could either:1) Buyout the middleman with cash and assume existing LC2) Write a new LC with the middleman and leave the existing LC in place, but include language that requires proof of payment to the underlying LC.

Hi, the lender will likely not know what his entitlement is at this time, if the loan has been in place, the entit. will be in the loan origination package which is now in the repository, the loan file will simply show the amount of guarantee.You can figure it though if you know the beginning LTV of his loan, and VAs go up to 100%.

If I have to file suit to collect what I am owed, the amount includes lost revenue a result of the wrongfully evicted tenant (lost rent, unit turnover costs, cost to place new tenant (does new Pm charge to place new tenant?)).
