It's usually more productive and efficient to work with a person or company that does it all the time to know what pitfalls to navigate. 

I like to keep paperwork just so I can physically touch it, but I have more on my laptop.

When you have a product that’s in demand and you’re at full capacity raise your price until demand levels out As far as a time frame on when these will go back down we have no idea.
