Ive found that they aren't the cheapest but always have the best quality materials and are competitive for the better brands that they sell.

I prefer standalone unless the HOA is amazing and helps you make more money (rare) but offering outstanding service.

The more aggressive note buyers are getting really good deals or better quality loans from motivated sellers.It's logical to assume that those that need to sell are ones that have liquidity issues or want to go to cash for safety.Our other main trading partner is buying aggressively right now.
