This morning I heard back from the Boise Planning Department.

Good morning Blake,I sell many multifamily properties and many of my investor clients have done well with section 8 tenants.

While I know not everyone is going to shower at the same time,  if 10 people are showering in the morning at 2 gallons per minute for 10 minutes that 200 gallons of water in 10 minutes.

Book a flight and go and look at the property yourself before the conditions are removed.

Good Morning BP Family,I decided to take action on a four-plex property here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area without being pre-approved.

Absentee owners, out of state owners, pre-foreclosures, or whatever list.One broker told me ....Real estate is a contact sport....so think about that.I don't see many new realtors do it, but if you have no business one thing I would do is pick 5-10 houses in your market each morning....go preview them. 

We have stayed aggressive, we just put a property under contract this morning and will continue to look for properties that meet our criteria.
