What is the best (easiest platform for tenants) to collect rent? 

I received two free Mobile Homes and all i have to do is remove it, i already have a end buyer and is willing to remove it.

Speaking of knowledge, I have a great associate and friend who has been able to leverage this great platform.

I am really looking for something both mobile and web friendly.Because I dabble in Homes and multifamily, I would like to be able to categorize both, but also categories more than one opportunity under the same person for follow ups, etc.Maybe even go a level deeper and have personal / work opportunities to remember.

If so, that's a shame in many ways.Doesn't give much upward mobility to the employee and they could be missing out a lot cause if the company isn't willing to give, neither would the employees, (be willing to give!)
