., I'm not saying that you should not bid with a round number, though $2.00 on a 3/4 million dollar home is ridiculous, but when the deal is reached and before all is signed, simply adjust to a round number.This is about as narrow minded of an argument as one on wanting the qualification letter to match a lowball offer!

If you wish to refinance property that you already own keep in mind that many non-recourse lenders will only use purchase price as the value of the property.

Mind you i probably don't get as many deals but the people I work with like that transparency.

Just keep in mind you will also need several kitchens and entrances for each unit and that can get pricey !

Start building a database in your mind for roughly what stuff lists for and what it sells for. 

The last thing on my mind was buying real estate when I was in my early 20s. 

I know LA can be a tricky market, so it would be great if this agent has experience investing in their own properties as well.Additionally, I would love to connect with other like-minded individuals in the LA area as well.
