Ive read alot about people using craigslist to list properties to try and build a buyers list and to find possible deals and so i went on there to look at the real estate for sale in my area ..didnt see anything interesting so i started browsing around the for rent section because I am moving and I need a place to stay and i got to thinking..maybe i could use this section to build my buyers list as well by contacting property owners who are renting to see if they are looking for more properties...my question is has anyone ever done this?
