It is much easier to talk about being conservative when the sponsor implies that they are CHOOSING to keep millions in reserves or buy a low interest rate cap.

I am curious to know if anyone has had any experience renting by the room on furnished finder, I am having a bit of trouble finding quality tenants for my house hack and I'm starting to consider furnishing some of the rooms and listing them on them on furnished finder.

This may all sound confusing but it’s easy when you talk to a seasoned Banker/Loan officer.

Talk to a lawyer versed in the local law and know for sure. 

I’ve used the same realtor who has been pretty awesome both properties went under contract within a week he’s listed for me.
