I just don’t want my clients to have to print, sign, scan, email.Which simple, intuitive solution, device and platform agnostic do you recommend?

Not much doc prep needed if you use the AirBnb platform.  

I can see that the tub is resting on a naked joist, without some kind of platform supporting it.

If you plan to wholesale, you need to be a legit business that is working to solve real estate problems.

You can learn a lot on this platform and people are always willing to give info or point you to where you can get the information.

I don't know if any legit hard money lender would be willing to lend for so little.

Hi, @Devin Samuels , First thing , Sharpen you axe , Read Read REad, Buy Some of the books we have here on BP platform , Listen to Pod cast, Absorb as much info as possible, so when you are ready you are filled with such confidence That when the opportunity comes you will feel so certain and clear as day thats your deal.

On paper everything would look legit except we’d be primarily living in the old house and visiting the new one regularly to pick up mail.
